CONSULTANT TRAINING
Curt Clinkinbeard
is a former director of the Kansas University Small Business
Development Center and has worked extensively with the national
SBDC network. Curt has conducted workshops at the national
ABDC conference in 2005, 2006, and 2007, has conducted professional
development trainings at 13 state/ regions, and has trained
over 500 consultants in the SBDC network.
Curt is
available to work with your SBDC state team as well. In
addition, if you not with the SBDC network and have a group
of business consultants who need training, the CUSTOMER
PILLARS system is adaptable to work with your organization.
So
what does it cost?
Curt speaks
based on a day rate. This rate is reduced when done in conjunction
with The FAMEE Foundation, a program which provides FREE
ACCESS to the CUSTOMER PILLARS program.
This discounted
rate on speaking fees and materials is a direct result of
the our partnership with The FAMEE Foundation (Foundation
for the Advancement of Marketing Excellence in Entrepreneurs).
Workshop participants are also provided a pre-paid membership
into The FAMEE Foundation, which is a simple and inexpensive
way to share these concepts on an ongoing basis with clients.
Curt has
done professional development trainings at the following

"His
approach facilitates the client getting their arms
around the root causes, leading to effective execution
of best viable solutions. By far, this workshop may
well be the most effective business solution workshop
I have attended in the last 10 years." -
Joe Lam, SBDC Consultant, Austin, TX

"Your
practical program based on fundamental principles
coupled with your SBDC experience makes the
material that much more relevant." -
Jody Keenan, Virginia State Director
"Let
me thank you again for your presentation yesterday.
It was most excellent and most beneficial. You've
developed a great program that logically and
systematically explains a process to build a
successful enterprise. I hope that we will be
able to work something out to bring you back
to present the workshop to our clients."
-
Roberta Skebo, Director, University of
Houston Small Business Development Center
"I wanted to let you know how much everyone
enjoyed and learned from your program. We have
not compiled all the evaluation forms yet, but
so far the positive results for your presentation
are "off the chart." It is obvious
you are passionate about what you do and I believe
some of that has rubbed off on our folks who
are eager to try your process out on their next
clients. Again, thanks for all you did."
-
John Maynard, Director of Programs, The
Georgia Small Business Development Center
